After your payment is confirmed, the product appears in your Library. From there, click Download to grab the file. Download links are signed and good for 15 minutes per click — you can re-generate them as many times as you need.

Yes. You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase from your order detail page. Refunds are processed automatically through Stripe and your money goes back to the card you used within 5–10 business days. Once a refund completes, your download link for that order stops working.

Creators connect a Stripe Express account during onboarding. Stripe handles identity verification and pays out to their bank automatically every two weeks. We never see or store banking details.

A small monthly subscription is required to publish products (free to create drafts), plus a commission on each sale. Both are visible on the /sell page. Most marketplaces take 30% or more — our take is significantly lower so creators keep most of every sale.

Digital downloads only — templates, design assets, e-books, courses, stock files, presets, icons, audio, video and similar. Anything that can be delivered as a file the buyer downloads after checkout. Physical goods and ongoing services are not supported.

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number — Stripe handles all card data directly. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of security in the payments industry.

If a product isn't what was advertised, request a refund from your order page within 30 days. You can also contact the creator directly through their store page. We review repeated complaints and may suspend creators who misrepresent their work.
